Volunteers are the backbone of Hunters Creek Homes Association (HCHA), and their time is valuable. As volunteers with limited resources and demanding personal lives, HCHA board members cannot dedicate significant time to answering individual questions about disclosure packets.
Therefore, all inquiries regarding disclosure packets should be directed to HomeWise Docs, our official partner for this process. They are the experts and have access to the necessary information to assist you efficiently.
Please remember that disclosure packets are not urgent matters; you have ample time to submit the request well in advance of your transaction closing.
"Rush" requests are not permitted or supported and will be immediately canceled. Please submit your request for a disclosure packet through the HomeWise Docs website well in advance of your transaction closing to ensure timely completion.
The disclosure packet process consists of two key steps:
Requesting the disclosure packet:
This should be done through HomeWise Docs website as early in the transaction as possible.
Submitting a dues request and escrow instructions:
This should be completed by the buying agent or title company, along with buyer information and confirmation of whether the property is a rental or not. False information will result in a fine of $50.00 + $10.00 per day for the buyer.
