My husband had hoped to attend last night's meeting to introduce himself to you. He was not able to make it b/c I had to work and our daughter was sick (we had no sitter last minute). We moved into 601 Worchester in March. It was an awful experience, as it was a short sale and their realtor failed to help out at every step of the process. As a result, we never received any handbook/guidelines. Ed mentioned that you could help us get a copy. We have no idea what our community's rules are, when to pay annual dues, etc... We are first time home owners and feel a bit out of the loop. If there's any paperwork/rule book we can copy from you or you can email, I'd really appreciate it!
